Armado didn’t die, he just grew up.

It’s been a while, yes?

I’m here at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Ayala Ave. cor H.V. Dela Costa with boyfie. He’s working on his next article and I just came from a seminar at the Philippine Stock Exchange. Oh god, we sound like such a boring couple, but after this, we have the rest of the weekend to chill.

So yeah, it’s been a while since I last posted. I have a new job and it’s very hectic compared to my old one. My boss has very high expectations from me, my job is very mentally taxing, and daily life is pretty much being in the way and I just can’t find the time to blog anymore. In a nutshell, I’m very busy being your average Wall Street guy. (Well, Ayala Avenue guy, since I’m not on Wall Street.) I’m being an adult, reading the paper’s business section everyday, caring about the latest mergers and corporate disclosures, being concerned about the resignation of Strauss-Kahn as head of the IMF and its implications on the European debt crisis, worrying about how I’m going to pay the rent, doing my laundry… Boring shit.

But you know what? I’m happy. The pay sucks, I’m buried under mountains of debt, and I can barely even take the time off to say “Putangina kasi pwede bang wait lang?!” But I’m on my way to being a licensed stock market trader, my boss is entrusting me with hundreds of thousands pesos worth of shares, I have my boyfie (going strong for six months now!), and I just know that I’m gonna be fucking filthy rich in the future.

K, ayan I updated na. Ang haba nun ah. So next month na ulit? LOL.
